📦 Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Once dispatched, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Tracked).
- Most deliveries arrive within 2–3 working days, though this may vary during peak periods.
💷 Shipping Cost
£0 — Always.
We don’t charge for delivery. Every order includes free tracked shipping as standard.
🧾 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
❗ Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please email info@inflammafree.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate and make things right as quickly as possible.
🚫 Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. No additional charges will apply for the first re-send.
