We want you to love your purchase from InflammaFree. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
You may request a refund or return if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item was damaged in transit.
- Your item is unopened and returned within 14 days of delivery.
- There is a fault with the product (e.g. bottle seal compromised or product unfit for use).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:
- Opened or used products (unless faulty).
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.
🔄 How to Request a Refund
Please email us at info@inflammafree.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable (e.g., damaged item)
We aim to respond within 2 working days.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
- For other eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
💷 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
